- Domains once registered cannot be cancelled or renamed.
- Transfer of domain to any other service provider is permitted only after a year of registration.
- Refund is not entertained under any circumstances
- All or any software or web products offered by us are only sold on annual subscription basis.
- Annual renewal should be made before one month of expiry of the domain and hosting package.
- Arin Infotech reserves the right to suspend, terminate the website on non-payment of Annual renewal, design, development charges.
- Arin Infotech has the right to advertise the websites, software’s and any product that were being developed. We may publish these information by using their logo or a photocopy of the User Interface and their specification.
- All or some website/software designed by Arin Infotech may have watermark on the bottom of the website/software, unless otherwise design ownership sold by us with a written statement or NDA.
- We do not share/sell business information in between our clients or outside, for profit or non-profit. But we may use a part or full of source code for other customers unless it, unless otherwise architecture & design ownership sold by us with a written statement or NDA.
